Refunds

  • Approval: We'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damage and Problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@volaromode.com if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Swap

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping costs for returns

If you're returning a product due to a change of heart, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs. However, if the product is defective or not as described, shipping is completely free and we'll cover it.
